INTACHEM’s licensed Textile Media Filter (TMF) is at the leading edge of solids / liquid separation. It is primarily a clarifier that can be adapted to a broad range of applications.

The Textile Media Filter (TMF) is comparable to a high performance sand filter. However the Textile Media Filter (TMF) has a footprint approximately eleven times smaller, has a higher flux and a greater capture. It is robust with minimal moving parts and simply adaptable process control. It is compatible with filter aids effectively giving the Textile Media Filter (TMF) ion selective capabilities.

Description

Raw Water and Filtrate tank levels are PLC monitored to maintain safe operation and operation on demand.

The PLC can on off signal a chemical pre-treatment plant when required.

The filters are fully automated with multiple criteria based control including filtrate turbidity analysis capability
